Sales Associate

Location: Anywhere in the world (ready to work through the time zones)

Assignment of Work and Travel:

This is a remote access assignment. Candidates will work remotely daily.

Reports To: Director Sales

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • 1-3 years of proven experience.
  • Track record of finding new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to drive positive outcomes.
  • A natural networker, skilled at building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Ability to grasp client needs and articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Strong understanding and familiarity with the state and local government, and federal agencies' regulations and working.
  • Experience with CRM- eg. HubSpot is a plus.

    You will:
  • Actively seek out new sales leads in the market.
  • Identify new business opportunities and successfully close deals. This involves overcoming objections, demonstrating value, and building trust with the client.
  • Participate in lead generation strategies, such as warm and cold calling, to identify business prospects and create a list of potential customers.
  • Deliver new business growth by winning sales opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain sales pipeline.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to get their feedback, guarantee their satisfaction, and develop ideas for pitch modification to be more successfully advertise products.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
