Senior Performance Management Consultant (SPMC)

Location: US-based or Citizen

Assignment: Remote access with required travel for client visits, meetings, and conferences.

Salary Range: $120K – $140K

Reports To: CEO

Preferred Experience:

  • 10+ years consulting in performance management
  • Successful leadership in large, complex client engagements
  • Business development and sales experience in professional services
  • Excellent project management, communication, and client service skills
  • Passion for staying updated on innovations in the field.

Role Overview: As an SPMC, you will lead client engagements, overseeing diagnosis, design, and delivery of customized performance solutions. Active involvement in business development thought leadership, and mentoring junior staff is essential. The role combines client engagement delivery, business development, knowledge leadership, practice management, and financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead consulting engagements with new and existing clients
  • Diagnose client needs and propose solutions aligned with PI's capabilities
  • Strategize customized performance management solutions
  • Mentor junior consulting staff
  • Ensure delivery meets high standards of quality and client satisfaction
  • Publish thought leadership content
  • Participate in sales pursuits and proposal development
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships at senior levels
