Performance Management Instructor

Location: Anywhere in the world (ready to work through the time zones).


Assignment of Work and Travel:
This is a remote access assignment. The candidate will work remotely daily.


Reports To: Senior Fellow

Preferred Experience:

  • 1-3 years of consulting experience in performance management
  • Passion for staying on top of innovations in the field.
  • Strong understanding and familiarity with the state and local government, and federal agencies' regulations and working will be preferred.

As a member of the Performance Management Consulting team, they will work very closely with the Senior Fellow, Fellows, and Associate Fellows to support the successful delivery of customized performance management solutions, by ensuring we have meaningful and impactful learning courses.

In this role, they will be required to have a good mix of capabilities that include the ability to understand multiple client products and services, and how structured courses can have an effective impact on the same.

You will:
  • Ensure learning courses are updated with relevant input, like changes in rules, laws, government statutory requirements, client policies, etc.
  • Manage all relevant changes to the client presentations.
  • Responsible for creating on-demand learning courses.
  • Accountable for developing new training courses.
  • Partner with the Fellows and Associate Fellows PMC in building and managing client relationships.
  • Deliver training courses to clients virtually.
