GSA, known as the U.S. General Service Administration, oversees the business of the U.S. federal government. Established by President Harry Truman on July 1, 1949, the GSA was created to streamline administrative work of the federal government. Its mission and priorities are to deliver better value and savings, serving the needs of their partners, expanding opportunities for small businesses and creating a more sustainable government.

GSA establishes long-term government contracts with commercial firms in order to provide access to commercial products and services at volume discount rate. Customers who order from GSA schedules have an advantage in savings, flexibility and options, shorter lead time, transparency, control of procurement, lower administrative costs, and reduced inventories.

5x Technology has been accepted as a GSA contractor for government agencies.

Jeffrey Yefsky, Chief Executive Officer of 5x Technology, “5x Technology has supported government agencies for over 5 years, with the addition of our own GSA contract we will be able to support their needs with a broader range of support and services to help them meet mission needs and goals.”
