Only San Diego-based executives can be nominated by their peers and clients, meeting specific criteria determined by a panel of judges. The judges seek information technology leaders who accelerate business growth through technology, the “unsung heroes” of their business.

Recently, Yefsky has spearheaded the launch of 5x Technology’s second product, Vahana, a SaaS solution created to support Blu Jay customers with an ERP and Business Analytics in a single platform. Vahana is geared to reduce the workload to customers and increase accuracy.

This is the sixth consecutive year that the Top Tech Exec Awards have been celebrating the talents of local San Diego business leaders. The Top Tech Exec winners were unveiled Thursday, May 11, 2017, at Petco Park in downtown San Diego, which included a VIP Reception for nominees, judges and sponsors, which included Title Sponsor Cox Business.
Each year, the Top Tech Awards receive email and mail nominations for the top information technology executives in San Diego County. These nominations are submitted by employees, peers or clients of the executive. Eligible nominees must carry the title of Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, or Director of Technology. Smaller companies may have alternate titles. Consultants, vendors, and system integrators are not eligible, unless the work for which they are being nominated was solely for their own company.
