JULY 21st, 2021 | VIRTUAL-LIVE EVENT | 8 CPE CREDITS
Join our 1-day virtual conference on July 21st to help build capacity and skills within your organization to easily navigate and successfully adapt to strategic or unplanned change while earning 8 CPE Credits.
Our Virtual-Live 1-day Conference brings together experts and thought leaders from the field of change management to give attendees the tools they need to navigate change and align it with their organization's unique strategic vision.
This conference is designed for people who are responsible for managing change in their organization, including executives, managers, supervisors, human resource professionals, communication professionals organization development practitioners, and others.
Making change easy isn’t always simple. From keeping up with the latest in digital technology to motivating employees to embrace change, the operational landscape has made it tough for organizations to find their footing.
This year's conference will dive into issues ranging from the state of diversity, equity, and inclusion, to how an organization can enhance operational performance by conducting the necessary change management activities involving a cross-section of organizational roles and functions.
All of our conference and training courses are NABSA/CPE Accredited.
By attending and participating in our 1-day Operational Change Management Conference, you will receive an official certificate for 8 CPE Credits to help you advance your career.
In addition, after the conference, you'll receive all the recordings of the sessions and panels as well as our speaker's presentations for you to continue learning and improving your processes.
Set up a team for long-term success despite changes and prepare your organization to adapt to both unexpected and continual change by diagnosing value from a variety of perspectives, changing processes and creating a culture to respond to change.
Facilitate employee engagement to unleash each person’s natural capacity to grow and adapt to change while encouraging employees to grow their learning capability so they can be confident in their ability to change.
Help your department achieve significant savings by mitigating the risks of change. Success will depend not only on how your organization approaches and responds to change but also on how prepared your workforce is to embrace change.
Learn how to evaluate employee performance effectively to develop trust and shared commitment in turbulent environments while managing episodic change initiatives successfully through thoughtful approaches to changing employee behaviors.
Influence the transformation of organizational culture toward an innovative, adaptive end-state by amplifying the value of a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce and fostering an environment of trust and psychological safety.
Network and connect with fellow change agents, executives, strategy planners, and senior government officials responsible for managing change in their organizations. Connect with our speakers and be part of the Performance Institute community.

Of course, once you sign up you will be given the opportunity to select which tracks and sessions you’d like to attend. You have access to all of them, so if you want to go through sessions that's also a possibility!
Our event hub for this and all our other events are SOCIO. Apart from the easy interface and high-quality virtual-live sessions it allows us to stream, SOCIO has great features for networking and interacting with other event attendees and speakers.
The presentations will be uploaded a few days before the conference to our SOCIO conference platform, along with any other handouts associated with their presentation.
Of course! We encourage you to ask questions at any time using the chat area. As all of our sessions are virtual-live, a moderator will ask the presenter your questions at the end of the session.
For every paid registration to attend virtually, only one device (computer, laptop, tablet, phone) will be allowed to enter the virtual conference. The credits earned, the questions asked, and the polling conducted within that single login session are all tied to the account of the individual that purchased the virtual event. With that said, we offer amazing group discounts if you want to share this experience with your teammates.
You can toggle between their preferred devices for video consumption and networking. You can use the Web App on your desktop computer, or the Event App on their mobile device. Either will allow you to communicate with the speakers, attendees and participate during the conference.
The sessions streamed live will follow the Eastern Time Zone (EST).
Get acclimated to the virtual platform before the event kicks off. We will be posting how to use the platform video on the website.
Participate and engage in the chat and our networking room.
