PI Welcomes New Research Fellow: Shelley Rappaport

Shelley brings over two decades of experience in performance measures and management to The Performance Institute.

(Washington D.C) The Performance Institute (PI) welcomes Shelley  Rappaport as its new research fellow. Shelley joins PI with over 20 years of experience in performance management in both the public and private sectors. Some of the areas Shelley has experience in include advisory services, performance measure development and management, strategic planning, organizational assessment, program evaluation, change management and human capital.

Shelley holds a B.S. in Environmental Policy from the University of Michigan, a Master's degree in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia and a certification in Strategy and Performance Management from Georgetown University.

I'm sure she'll bring a fresh perspective and approach on all the courses and training she'll be giving due to her expertise and trajectory" said Jeffrey Yefsky, CEO of The Performance Institute. "Shelley has demonstrated an ability to harvest the limitless options performance measures and change management has when implemented correctly in government and private organizations. I am excited to see all the knowledge she'll be giving to professionals who are looking to advance their career within the government sector."

As a Certified Government Performance Manager, PMP certified project manager, and Six Sigma Green Belt, Shelley has used her expertise to understand challenges and tailor realistic solutions. Throughout her career, she has helped multiple organizations such as the Department of Homeland Security (CBP, FEMA, FPS, NPPD, USM), Environmental Protection Agency, GSA, Federal Election Commission, non-profit organizations improve performance while getting better results and reaching their organizational objectives.
